Ralphie Studios is an independent development studio based in the United Kingdom, creating games, apps and digital sports experiences. The Site is an informational website showcasing the studio and its projects.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created by Ralphie Studios — including original text, graphics, branding, code and game assets — is owned by Ralphie Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Ralphie Studios name, logo, and mascot may not be used without our express written permission.
Third-party photographs, logos, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer ownership to Ralphie Studios or imply endorsement, licensing, sponsorship or partnership unless separately stated. Unreal Engine is a product of Epic Games, Inc.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ralphie Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
The Wheelchair Rugby League page offers an optional email sign-up for development updates. By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving occasional development news and early-access notifications from Ralphie Studios. You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any update email, or by emailing contact@ralphiestudios.com. Your email is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and our use of Resend as a third-party email processor.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites such as GitHub. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
BaizeBoard (baizeboard.com) and any other apps, games, or digital products developed by Ralphie Studios are subject to their own separate terms and end-user licence agreements (EULAs). Where those products are hosted on third-party platforms (such as Google Play), the policies of those platforms also apply.
Any future releases will similarly carry their own terms at the time of release.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
