What Information We Collect
We collect only the personal data needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries:
- Contact enquiries: If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Development update sign-ups: If you submit your email address via the Wheelchair Rugby League update sign-up form, we collect that email address to send you development updates and early-access notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link included in every update email, or by contacting us at contact@ralphiestudios.com.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising networks on this website.
How We Use Your Information
- Contact enquiries are used solely to respond to your message.
- Update sign-up emails are used to send development updates and to notify you when alpha testing becomes available. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing and will not pass it to third parties for their own use.
- Server-log information may be used for website security, reliability and performance.
Third-Party Data Processors
The update sign-up form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker, which validates your submission and passes your email address to Resend. Resend acts as a data processor under UK GDPR: it sends your confirmation email and stores your email address in our subscriber list so we can send you future development updates. We do not authorise Resend to use your data for any other purpose. See Resend's privacy policy for details.
Form submissions are also processed by Cloudflare Workers, part of the Cloudflare platform that already hosts this website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Contact enquiries: processed on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your message).
- Update sign-ups: processed on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us and we will remove your address from our list.
- Security and server logs: processed where necessary for our legitimate interests in maintaining the security and reliability of the website.
- Cloudflare Worker processing: processed where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating the sign-up form securely and reliably.
Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was received. Update sign-up email addresses are held until you unsubscribe or the project concludes, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained in accordance with Cloudflare's standard retention periods.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
